Massage Treatments Charges

£45 per session.
£5 discount for members of Fitness First, Hertfordshire & Metropolitan Police and NHS staff.

Personal Training Session Charges

£45 per session if booked singularly.
£200 block of 5 sessions, to be used within 7 weeks of first session.
£400 block of 10 sessions, to be used within 12 weeks of first session.
