Personal Training will help you whether you are looking for general overall conditioning, weight loss/management, bulk up, injury rehabilitation, or even train for sports competition, as your Personal Trainer we will design a fully optimised training programme specifically created for you, to ensure you achieve your goals. The programme will be suited to your own particular needs based upon your age, weight, sex, health and current fitness levels.
It is our job to keep you motivated and focused which we will achieve by setting constant challenges, monitoring your progress and more importantly listening to your feedback, making sure we have fun along the way. Getting you in shape is a team effort.
Only 30- 40 minutes from Central London. We have access to some of the best sporting facilities in and around St. Albans with a well equipped gym and dance studio, outside facilities include tennis courts, rugby pitches and fantastic run routes.
