Results

We put in 100% into helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals and we expect the same from them. Regular testing and assessments will be carried out to keep clients focused and motivated.

Assessments & Privacy

The Physical, Nutritional and Lifestyle assessments and re-assessments are there to help clients achieve their goals and clients should be willing to volunteer all information asked for in questionnaires and they should be willing to give 100% in all physical assessments. All information discussed is strictly confidential.

Commitment

Once clients commit to a Personal Training Programme/Post Care Programme, they agree to adhere to all training/rehabilitation sessions in programme. No matter how good your programme is, you will only get out what you put in.

Additional Sessions

Additional sessions/treatments can always be booked within or in addition to your programme for an additional fee.

Punctuality

To get the most out of each session, clients need to be ready to start on time. Sessions that start late will still finish at the pre-arranged time and clients will still be charged full session rates.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or re-scheduling of sessions. If 24 hours is not given or the client is unable to reschedule a cancelled session, the client will be charged for the full session, unless cancellation/re-scheduling is due to exceptional circumstances

Pricing

Prices are fixed, except shared training sessions; charges will then depend on amount of clients training within that session.
